I won’t lie, I have been doing a lot more biking than running. Sure running is great, but for some reason I have been biking up a storm and I don’t want to stop. You can travel great distances (55+ miles on the I&M canal last week), work on your speed, and its easier to talk with someone while riding than it is running.
I’m going to come back to running, I swear it, but when I do come back it’ll have to be different. Maybe I will give in to a full barefooted running lifestyle. That could do the trick.
