6 miles last night followed by 8 this morning. Yesterday was easy. Today was a lot harder. I think I need to increase my water intake and maybe even my calories. No energy and my weight is down again.

An easy 6 miles done today.  Planning on 8 in the morning, assuming the weather cooperates.

Started training today
Officially started training for the Marine Corp Marathon this October.  First week is basically a warmup then full on training begins immediately after.  It’s going to be a busy summer and fall with our schedules but we are committed to making it a great race with respectable times.  Hope to set a goal time within the next week or so and will report along the way how we are progressing.
